Creation Station

Yesterday I posted about all the craziness in my brain.  I said I was going to go create things and I would tell you about tomorrow.  Well, tomorrow is here.  I did create a bunch of things and will share some of them.

First, after I finished posting yesterday I went and made the husband a lasagna for dinner.  Which was beautiful and I'm assuming tasted good, he didn't complain.  And he usually does if something is different or he doesn't like it.  So, that's a plus.

After the lasagna I finished colouring the front of my writing notebook.  It looks like this:

Isn't it pretty?  It helps the inspiration process, I think.  Yes, that is the pen I always write with.  It's also the only black pen I own, and the only black pen I like.  I don't know why I always write with this pen, but I do.  I wrote two poems yesterday and one today.  I'm definitely not going to share them, because they're pretty dark and personal.  I may share them at some point, but not right now.

In other creativeness, I did some oil pastels and a little ink.  Here's what I'm up to:

I like all three of these.  I think I'm going to frame the last one and put it in my bedroom.  There's something about it that really speaks to me.  I don't even know what it is.  I had some things in mind while I was making it and I think they really showed up.  If I have to share inspiration for other people to like it, then it's not art.  That's my thoughts on that.

Go make something.

Hope everyone had as creative a day as I did.  I have some other crafty things to do.
